CRANBERRY EYE

I stepped out of my comfort zone to try a cranberry toned eye and I was not disappointed with how it turned out. Cooler weather is coming, in fact when I stepped outside this morning it was a brisk 48 degrees. That inspired me to add this cranberry eye to my fall looks. I cannot stress enough that moisturizing is key to skin care and today I was introduced to bliss drench & quench which is amazing!

First, let’s talk about this CRANBERRY EYE. I used the Lunar Beauty LIFE’S A DRAG eyeshadow palette. For the transition shade I used SICKENING, and blended HUNTY on top. To build depth in the crease I used a combination of TRADE and MUG. To create the cranberry lid I used SNATCHED. It is very important to make sure your crease colors help blend out your bold lid color, so re-blend TRADE and MUG into your crease to achieve the perfect blend.

RAINY DAY SLAY

We’ve had a lot of rain this summer and fall. I woke up this particular morning and had to postpone some family plans because of overcast skies. But I also wanted to share a look. Determined to not let a grey day get in the way, I came up with this look playing up on the grey colors in what I like to call my Rainy Day Slay.
